Rates
- Peak season (15-Dec to 14-Apr) - $150* per night
- Regular season (15-Apr to 14-Dec) - $130* per night
There is a 6 night minimum stay (10 night minimum stay from 19th December through 15th January) and a 10% discount for stays of 28 or more nights.
Stays of less than 7 nights require an additional cleaning fee of $125.
½ day fee to reserve early/late check in/out, if available.
* Rates are subject to Hawaii State
Hotel sales tax of 11.42%.
Deposits
A deposit of three night's stay confirms
your reservation. The balance is due 60 calendar days in
advance
of your arrival.

Cancellations
Cancellations more than 60 days in advance result in loss of one night's deposit. Cancellations less than 60 days in advance result in the loss of the full deposit. Pro rata refund (except administration fee of $80) will apply if we are able to rent the condo during your reserved dates.
Check In / Out
Check in is after 3:00PM and check
out is before 11:00AM.
Other Information and Restrictions
- No smoking and no pets.
- Long distance telephone calls are
restricted, so please use a calling card.
- For stays in excess of two weeks, additional cleaning
may be arranged.
